important notes on preorders

  1. Pre-orders close on 25th every month, will arrive between 13-19 of the following month.
  2. Upon arrival, innitbangkok will inform customers via whatsapp that items have arrived in SG and that it will be processed according to collection mode (self-collect or local delivery)
  3. For urgent orders, kindly click here to whatsapp us instead to arrange for expedited fedex delivery (shipping costs SGD 29 - SGD 39)
  4. Pre-order for customers in Singapore only, for international orders kindly click here to whatsapp us 
  5. Timeline examples
    • Example: ordered 20th of August, pre-order will arrive in Singapore estimated 13-19 September. 
    • Example: ordered 30th August, pre-order will arrive in Singapore estimated 13-19 October.
