exchange policy

We do not provide returns or refunds for in-store or online purchases. 

Exchanges must be done within 7 days (including day of purchase or receipt via delivery), with a valid receipt or e-receipt and care tag attached to the apparel. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. innitbangkok pte ltd reserves the right to reject the exchange of any item deemed to be altered. 

Discontinued items and customised items can be pre-ordered but cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

In the event that the item exchanged for is lower in value, no refund will be given.
