exchange policy
We do not provide returns or refunds for in-store or online purchases.
Exchange
- eligible exchanges must be done within 7 days (including day of purchase or receipt via delivery)
- all exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or e-receipt
- item must come with its original tag; unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
- for international online purchases, all shipping charges to borne by customer for exchanges. innitbangkok lte ltd will ship out exchanged item once the original item has been received. Customer may drop off their item at the Singapore or Bangkok store.
- In the event the exchanged item is lower in value, no refunds will be given on the difference.
- Altered, customised or discontinued items can be pre-ordered but cannot be exchanged nor returned
