OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Aligns and follows store protocols and SOPs to manage the day-to-day operations of the store

  • Leading customer service via our various sales channels (online and offline) achieving excellent customer satisfaction and operation efficiency

  • Management of inventory and POS system

  • Management of training and scheduling of part-timers to deliver high quality customer service

  • Meets budget and sales goals

  • 4 day work week

Role Requirements

  • Diploma in business admin, hospitality or any related fields

  • At least ONE year in customer service, retail operations, marketing or a similar role.

  • Willing to work on Saturdays

  • Passion for innovation with a β€˜work smarter’ solution and action-oriented mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent time management and negotiation skills

RETAIL ASSISTANT (CONTRACT 3 MONTHS)

Job responsibilities:

  • To provide and deliver customer service excellence to our valued clients

  • Assist customers on enquiries, concerns and after sales services

  • Provide advice and introduce clients of suitable products

  • Deliver operations excellence (Stock-taking and sales)

  • Assist in the store operations relating to housekeeping and stock management

  • Handle merchandise display within the boutique

  • Handle operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events

  • Documentation of sales transactions

  • To engage in the innovation of ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and service innovation.

  • To assist innitbangkokSG in achieving our business goals

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated candidates who are service-oriented individuals, communicates well and thrives in a team environment

  • Candidates who are able to operate in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment

  • Candidates must possess a good command of English

  • Individuals who have a keen interest in fashion

  • Candidates must possess at least a primary/ secondary/ β€˜O’ Level qualification

  • Minimum working experience of 1 year in related field is a bonus.

  • Candidates must be able to work retail hours, weekends and on public holidays
